FLEXI CARE SERVICES
We understand that your care needs may change once you become a resident at The Village at Yeronga, and as such we are proud to offer you a range of support services that are designed to assist you along the way.  

Assisted Living at The Village at Yeronga
Assisted Living Units may be included in the later stage of the development, which will offer assistance to those residents who need or wish to rely on frequent services including cleaning, laundry, meals and personal care.  Residents who choose an assisted living option, will pay a weekly fee for the duration of their residency in order to access permanent assistance.

Flexi-Service
One of the features of The Village at Yeronga is that all residents will have access to a wide range of assistance and services to all units without the need to relocate.  

These services will be arranged on a “needs only” basis and will be only an additional cost to you when you require them.

These arrangements can be designed to suit your needs on a fee for service basis and may be things such as cleaning, medical assistance, cooking services, and general personal care services.  

Aged Care Facility
The Village at Yeronga is under contract to a national aged care operator with a premier reputation. The Regis Group are specialist leaders in the Aged Care Industry.  The 120 bed facility has development approval and it is expected that construction of the facility will commence in late 2009 with completion scheduled for mid-2011.
