During the planning of The Village at Yeronga it was decided that we would provide as much of the resident community facilities in the first stage of the village to ensure our “pioneer” residents received the benefits from opening of the Village rather than waiting for future stages.  The only currently planned community facility not to be included in Stage 1 is the bowls green as it will be located between future stages of Building 3 and 4.
 
The facilities that are currently provided to the residents include:

• The Gym with walking, rowing and cycle machines and a weights areas all designed for you and your needs
• Library with internet access and stocked with books, magazines, DVD’s, CD’s and jigsaws
• Arts & craft room to indulge your passions
• Billiards room for snooker, billiards and pool
• Cinema with a large screen for movies, sporting events and special screenings
• Beauty/Hair Dressing Salon for the pampering we all want sometimes
• The Wellness Centre for regular visits from Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Masseuses and Doctors.
• Administration area for regular visits from Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Masseuses and Doctors.
